UPT Information and Communication Technology is an educational supporting  unit of State Agricultural Polytechnic Kupang which was  formed based on the Decree of the

Director of State Agricultural Polytechnic Kupang No. 04 of 1999 on April 1, 1999 having responsible to the Director on their duties.

Furthermore, The Decree of the Minister of Education No.147/O/2002, on August 2, 2002 about the Organization and Working Procedures of the State Agricultural Polytechnic Kupang, established the main duties and functions (TUPOKSI) of UPT ICT as follows:

Duties:

Provide data and information services for educational, research, and community service purposes.

Function:

1. Collecting and Processing of Data and Information
2. Presenting and Storage of Data and Information
3. Implementating Administrative Affairs of UPT  Computer
